_KJV:
So David prevailed over the Philistine with a sling and with a stone, and smote the Philistine, and slew him; but [there was] no sword in the hand of David.
_BSB:
Thus David prevailed over the Philistine with a sling and a stone; without a sword in his hand he struck down the Philistine and killed him.

וַ יֶּחֱזַ֨ק דָּוִ֤ד מִן ־ הַ פְּלִשְׁתִּי֙ בַּ קֶּ֣לַע וּ בָ אֶ֔בֶן וַ יַּ֥ךְ אֶת ־ הַ פְּלִשְׁתִּ֖י וַ יְמִיתֵ֑הוּ וְ חֶ֖רֶב אֵ֥ין בְּ יַד ־ דָּוִֽד ׃
