And he said unto them, Set your hearts unto all the words which I testify among you this day, which ye shall command your children to observe to do, all the words of this law.

he said to them, “Take to heart all the words I have solemnly declared to you this day, so that you may command your children to carefully follow all the words of this law.

וַ יֹּ֤אמֶר אֲלֵ הֶם֙ שִׂ֣ימוּ לְבַבְ כֶ֔ם לְ כָל ־ הַ דְּבָרִ֔ים אֲשֶׁ֧ר אָנֹכִ֛י מֵעִ֥יד בָּ כֶ֖ם הַ יּ֑וֹם אֲשֶׁ֤ר תְּצַוֻּ ם֙ אֶת ־ בְּנֵי כֶ֔ם לִ שְׁמֹ֣ר לַ עֲשׂ֔וֹת אֶת ־ כָּל ־ דִּבְרֵ֖י הַ תּוֹרָ֥ה הַ זֹּֽאת ׃
