But if thou shalt forbear to vow, it shall be no sin in thee.

But if you refrain from making a vow, you will not be guilty of sin.

וְ כִ֥י תֶחְדַּ֖ל לִ נְדֹּ֑ר לֹֽא ־ יִהְיֶ֥ה בְ ךָ֖ חֵֽטְא ׃
