Speak unto the children of Israel, and say unto them, [Concerning] the feasts of the LORD, which ye shall proclaim [to be] holy convocations, [even] these [are] my feasts.

“Speak to the Israelites and say to them, ‘These are My appointed feasts, the feasts of the LORD that you are to proclaim as sacred assemblies.

דַּבֵּ֞ר אֶל ־ בְּנֵ֤י יִשְׂרָאֵל֙ וְ אָמַרְתָּ֣ אֲלֵ הֶ֔ם מוֹעֲדֵ֣י יְהוָ֔ה אֲשֶׁר ־ תִּקְרְא֥וּ אֹתָ֖ם מִקְרָאֵ֣י קֹ֑דֶשׁ אֵ֥לֶּה הֵ֖ם מוֹעֲדָֽ י ׃
