And the waters returned from off the earth continually: and after the end of the hundred and fifty days the waters were abated.

The waters receded steadily from the earth, and after 150 days the waters had gone down.

וַ יָּשֻׁ֧בוּ הַ מַּ֛יִם מֵ עַ֥ל הָ אָ֖רֶץ הָל֣וֹךְ וָ שׁ֑וֹב וַ יַּחְסְר֣וּ הַ מַּ֔יִם מִ קְצֵ֕ה חֲמִשִּׁ֥ים וּ מְאַ֖ת יֽוֹם ׃
