Then Lot chose him all the plain of Jordan; and Lot journeyed east: and they separated themselves the one from the other.
_BSB:
So Lot chose the whole plain of the Jordan for himself and set out toward the east. And Abram and Lot parted company.

וַ יִּבְחַר ־ ל֣וֹ ל֗וֹט אֵ֚ת כָּל ־ כִּכַּ֣ר הַ יַּרְדֵּ֔ן וַ יִּסַּ֥ע ל֖וֹט מִ קֶּ֑דֶם וַ יִּפָּ֣רְד֔וּ אִ֖ישׁ מֵ עַ֥ל אָחִֽי ו ׃
