LXX:
And he inquired of him, saying, O Ruler of the king, for what [reason] came forth the decree which [is] impudent from in front of the king? And Arioch made known the saying to Daniel.

και επυνθάνετο αυτού λέγων άρχων του βασιλέως περί τίνος εξήλθεν η γνώμη η αναιδής εκ προσώπου του βασιλέως εγνώρισε δε το ρήμα Αριώχ τω Δανιήλ
