LXX:
On account of this, thus says [the] lord of the forces, the God of Israel, Behold, I take vengeance against the king of Babylon and his land, as I took vengeance against the king of Assyria.

διά τούτο τάδε λέγει κύριος των δυνάμεων ο θεός Ισραήλ ιδού εγώ εκδικώ επί τον βασιλέα Βαβυλώνος και την γην αυτού καθώς εξεδίκησα επί τον βασιλέα Ασσούρ
