LXX 2 Samuel 5:20

David Smites the Philistines

LXX:
And David came from the upper breaches, and he smote them there. And David said, [The] lord cut through my enemies before me, as he cuts through waters. On account of this the name of that place is called Upper Breaches.

και ήλθε Δαυίδ εκ των επάνω διακοπών και έκοψε αυτούς εκεί και είπε Δαυίδ διέκοψε κύριος τους εχθρούς μου ενώπιόν μού ως διακόπτεται ύδατα διά τούτο εκλήθη το όνομα του τόπου εκείνου επάνω διακοπών
