And [the] man of Israel beheld that they were in a strait for them to not lead forward; and the people hid in the caves, and in the lairs, and in the rocks, and in the excavations, and in the pits.

και ανήρ Ισραήλ είδεν ότι στενώς αυτώ μη προσάγειν αυτόν και εκρύβη ο λαός εν τοις σπηλαίοις και εν ταις μάνδραις και εν ταις πέτραις και εν τοις βόθροις και εν τοις λάκκοις
