LXX:
And after those many days, the king of Egypt came to an end, and the sons of Israel groaned from the works, and yelled out. And their yell ascended to God because of the works.

μετά δε τας ημέρας τας πολλάς εκείνας ετελεύτησεν ο βασιλεύς Αιγύπτου και κατεστέναξαν οι υιοί Ισραήλ από των έργων και ανεβόησαν και ανέβη η βοή αυτών προς τον θεόν από των έργων
