⥃Let the Earth Rejoice

[1] The Lord2 reigneth; let the earth3 rejoice; let the multitude of isles4 be glad [thereof].5 [2] Clouds6 and darkness [are] round about him: righteousness7 and judgment [are] the habitation8 of his throne. [3] A fire goeth before him, and burneth up his enemies round about.9 [4] His10 lightnings enlightened the world: the earth11 saw, and trembled. [5] The hills12 melted like wax at the presence of the Lord, at the presence of the Lord of13 the whole earth. [6] The heavens14 declare his righteousness, and all the15 people see his glory. [7] Confounded16 be all they that serve graven images, that boast themselves of idols: worship17 him, all [ye] gods. [8] Zion18 heard, and was glad; and the daughters of Judah rejoiced because19 of thy judgments, O Lord. [9] For thou, Lord, [art] high20 above all the earth: thou art exalted far21 above all gods. [10] Ye that22 love the Lord, hate23 evil: he preserveth24 the souls of his saints; he delivereth25 them out of the hand of the wicked. [11] Light26 is sown27 for the righteous, and gladness for the upright in heart. [12] Rejoice28 in the Lord, ye righteous; and give thanks29 at the remembrance30 of his holiness.
