Then said they unto him, What shall we do unto thee, that the sea may be calm unto us? for the sea wrought, and was tempestuous.
_BSB:
Now the sea was growing worse and worse, so they said to Jonah, “What must we do to you to calm this sea for us?”
_Hebrew:
וַ יֹּאמְר֤וּ אֵלָי ו֙ מַה ־ נַּ֣עֲשֶׂה לָּ֔ךְ וְ יִשְׁתֹּ֥ק הַ יָּ֖ם מֵֽ עָלֵ֑י נוּ כִּ֥י הַ יָּ֖ם הוֹלֵ֥ךְ וְ סֹעֵֽר ׃
