Then these presidents and princes assembled together to the king, and said thus unto him, King Darius, live for ever.

So the administrators and satraps went together to the king and said, “O King Darius, may you live forever!

אֱ֠דַיִן סָרְכַיָּ֤א וַ אֲחַשְׁדַּרְפְּנַיָּ א֙ אִלֵּ֔ן הַרְגִּ֖שׁוּ עַל ־ מַלְכָּ֑א וְ כֵן֙ אָמְרִ֣ין לֵ֔הּ דָּרְיָ֥וֶשׁ מַלְכָּ֖א לְ עָלְמִ֥ין חֱיִֽי ׃
