LXX Proverbs 29:7
LXX:
A just [man] has knowledge to judge for [the] destitute; but the impious do not comprehend knowledge; and [to the] poor [there does] not exist [the] mind of an arbitrator.

επίσταται δίκαιος κρίνειν πενιχροίς ο δε ασεβής ου νοεί γνώσιν και πτωχώ ουχ υπάρχει νους επιγνώμων
