Saul's Foolish Oath
LXX:
And Saul knew not [through] great ignorance in that day, and he curses the people, saying, Accursed [is] the man who shall eat bread until evening -- so I will punish for my enemy. And not any of the people tasted bread, and all the land went unto Grove.

και Σαούλ ηγνόησεν άγνοιαν μεγάλην εν τη ημέρα εκείνη και αράται τω λαώ λέγων επικατάρατος ο άνθρωπος ος φάγεται άρτον έως εσπέρας και εκδικήσω εις τον εχθρόν μου και ουκ εγεύσατο πας ο λαός άρτου και πάσα η γη ήλθεν εις δρυμόν
