LXX Numbers 21:1
The Canaanites War with Israel
LXX:
And king Arad the Canaanite heard, the one dwelling by the wilderness, that Israel came [by the] way to Atharin; and he waged war against Israel, and they carried away captive some of them [into] captivity.

και ήκουσεν ο Χαναναίος βασιλεύς Αράδ ο κατοικών κατά την έρημον ότι ήλθεν Ισραήλ οδόν Αθαρείμ και επολέμησε προς Ισραήλ και κατεπρονόμευσαν εξ αυτών αιχμαλωσίαν
