Eliasaph, the son of Deuel, was the leader of the tribe of Gad during the wilderness journey.

Eliasaph, the son of Deuel (or Reuel), is mentioned in Numbers 1:14; 2:14; 7:42,47; and 10:20 as the leader of the tribe of Gad during the Israelites' wilderness journey. He was appointed as the representative of his tribe during the census conducted by Moses and Aaron (Numbers 1:14). Eliasaph's tribe, along with the tribes of Reuben and Simeon, camped on the south side of the tabernacle (Numbers 2:14). As the leader, Eliasaph presented the offering of the tribe of Gad during the dedication of the tabernacle (Numbers 7:42,47). He also led his tribe in the order of march when the Israelites set out from Mount Sinai (Numbers 10:20).
