All therefore whatsoever they bid you observe, [that] observe and do; but do not ye after their works: for they say, and do not.

So practice and observe everything they tell you. But do not do what they do, for they do not practice what they preach.

πάντα οὖν ὅσα ἐὰν εἴπωσιν ὑμῖν τηρεῖν ποιήσατε καὶ τηρεῖτε. κατὰ δὲ τὰ ἔργα αὐτῶν μὴ ποιεῖτε· λέγουσιν γὰρ καὶ οὐ ποιοῦσιν.
