for they were not able to observe it in that time, for the priests were not sanctified enough, and the people were not gathered in Jerusalem.

ου γαρ εδυνήθησαν ποιήσαι αυτό εν τω καιρώ εκείνω ότι οι ιερείς ουχ ηγιάσθησαν ικανοί και ο λαός ου συνήχθη εν Ιερουσαλήμ
