And Abner called Joab, and he said, Shall the broadsword devour in victory, or do you not know that it will be bitter at the last? And for how long shall you in no way speak to the people to return from [following] after their brethren?

και εκάλεσεν Αβενήρ τον Ιωάβ και είπε μη εις νίκος καταφάγεται η ρομφαία η ουκ οίδας ότι πικρά έσται εις τα έσχατα και έως πότε ου μη είπης τω λαώ αποστρέφειν από όπισθεν των αδελφών αυτών
