LXX Deuteronomy 25:3
LXX:
They shall whip him forty [stripes] in number, they shall not add more; but if he should add to whip him above these, by the strokes [being] more you shall be disgraced of your brother before you.

αριθμώ τεσσαράκοντα μαστιγώσουσιν αυτόν ου προσθήσουσιν εάν δε προσθώσι μαστιγώσαι αυτόν υπέρ ταύτας τας πληγάς πλείους ασχημονήσει ο αδελφός σου εναντίον σου
